- Ensure your cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for easy mixing.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter together until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries and vanilla extract until smooth.
- If the frosting is too thick, add milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
- Swirl over cupcakes or use as filling for layer cakes.
Notes
Store leftover frosting in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Can be made a day in advance. If too runny, chill it; if too thick, add milk gradually.
