Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Prepare your mise en place: Shred the chicken, seed and finely dice the jalapenos, and make sure the cream cheese is softened.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sour cream, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chicken and jalapenos until evenly dispersed.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with remaining cheeses.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you find yourself with leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. You can prep this dip a day before and bake it when ready. To avoid the dip getting too thick while baking, add more sour cream or mayonnaise if necessary.
