Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Stir the mixture to ensure chia seeds distribute evenly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  4. Before serving, stir the pudding again. Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
  5. Scoop into bowls or jars and top with your choice of fruits or nuts.

Notes

Use room temperature ingredients for smoother blending. Keep refrigerated and consume within 5 days.
