- In a medium bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir the mixture to ensure chia seeds distribute evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Before serving, stir the pudding again. Add more milk if the consistency is too thick.
- Scoop into bowls or jars and top with your choice of fruits or nuts.
