Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, nut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into your prepared pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-22 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
  6. Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting them into squares.
