Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed bananas, nut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the batter into your prepared pan, using a spatula to spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 17-22 minutes, until the edges are set but the center still has a slight jiggle.
- Allow the brownies to cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting them into squares.
Notes
Store brownies in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days, in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
