Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Peel ripe bananas and place them in a blender or food processor. Blend with eggs, cottage cheese, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together cacao powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the banana mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients and gently fold until just incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Baking
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. The edges should be set, and the center should jiggle slightly.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan for 30 minutes before sprinkling with flaky salt and cutting into squares.
