- In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, heavy cream, and softened butter.
- Using an electric mixer, start at low speed to avoid splattering and gradually increase to medium-high. Mix for about 2-3 minutes until the mixture is fluffy, smooth, and creamy.
- Add the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt. Beat again for another minute until well combined.
- Your filling is now ready to spread between layers of cake or spooned on top of cupcakes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. If you have any leftover filling, store it properly.
