Method
 

Preparation
  1. Finely chop your spinach and squeeze it thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
  2. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts into 1/2 inch pieces, and finely dice the water chestnuts.
Mixing
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream. Blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Gradually add the spinach, artichokes, and water chestnuts into the mixture. Blend until well combined.
Seasoning
  1. Add the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and Dijon mustard. Mix on medium speed for another 30 to 45 seconds.
Final Steps
  1. Taste the dip and adjust seasoning if necessary.
