- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Spread them out evenly on the baking sheet and roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- While the potatoes are roasting, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until browned. Add remaining spices and cook for another 30 seconds.
- In a small bowl, microwave the honey for 10 seconds to warm it, then whisk together with sriracha and red pepper flakes.
- In individual serving bowls, layer the roasted sweet potatoes, cooked ground beef, cottage cheese, and avocado slices. Drizzle with the honey-sriracha glaze.

These bowls can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Great for meal prep!
