  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, about 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar while mixing, beating for another 1-2 minutes until fully combined.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract gently.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, about 3-4 minutes on high speed.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently, ensuring not to deflate the whipped cream.
  6. Use the filling in pastries, cakes, or enjoy it directly.

Notes

Storage: Lasts in the fridge for about 5 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to a month. Make-Ahead: Can be prepared a day in advance. Adjust sweetness by modifying powdered sugar amount to taste.
