- In a medium bowl, add the Greek yogurt and pour in the apple cider vinegar. With a whisk, gently combine the two until they’re harmoniously blended—aim for a creamy texture without lumps, about 30 seconds.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and red pepper flakes to the yogurt mixture. Stir with a spatula to incorporate all these vibrant flavors.
- Fold in the finely minced parsley and dill gently, being careful not to over-mix.
- Transfer the dip into a serving bowl or airtight container and cover it tightly. Refrigerate the dip for at least 4 hours—or even overnight, if possible.
- Before serving, give the dip a gentle stir, taste it, and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
For a thicker dip, strain the yogurt through a cheesecloth for an hour before mixing. This dip is best served with fresh veggies, pita chips, or crackers.
