Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Shred the chicken and season it as desired.
  3. Thinly slice the green onions.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo dip and garlic powder.
  5. Grease a muffin tin.
  6. Unroll the crescent rolls and separate them into triangles, gently stretching each triangle.
  7. Press each triangle into the muffin tin cups.
  8. Fill each crescent cup with the buffalo chicken mixture.
  9. Top with mozzarella and crumbled blue cheese.
  10. Bake for 13-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Let cool for 1-2 minutes before loosening bites and transferring to a serving platter.
  12. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve warm.

Notes

For perfectly golden bites, brush the tops with melted butter before baking. Can assemble ahead of time and bake just before serving.
