- In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth.
- Pour the smooth mixture into a freezer-safe container, leaving some space at the top as it will expand while freezing.
Freezing
- Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
- Once frozen, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature to soften slightly before scooping.
Serving
- Scoop the ice cream into bowls and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. Let it sit out for 5-10 minutes if it becomes too hard to scoop.
