Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and diced Choose fragrant, fully ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipping cream is best for creaminess.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Adds sweetness and creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Opt for pure vanilla extract for better flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Balances out sweetness and enhances flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  2. Pour the smooth mixture into a freezer-safe container, leaving some space at the top as it will expand while freezing.
Freezing
  1. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Once frozen, let it sit for a few minutes at room temperature to soften slightly before scooping.
Serving
  1. Scoop the ice cream into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer. Let it sit out for 5-10 minutes if it becomes too hard to scoop.
