Cooking
- Take a slice of brioche and dip it into the eggnog mixture, ensuring both sides are coated but not soaked.
- Place the coated slice on the preheated griddle. Cook each slice for about 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Transfer the slices to a plate and serve immediately, topping with maple syrup and eggnog whipped cream.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a make-ahead option, prepare the eggnog mixture the night before. For freezing, place cooked slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, then transfer to a freezer-safe bag.
