Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Sift together the flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
  3. In a larger bowl, combine the sifted mixture with Greek yogurt, salt, and sugar. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
  6. Brush each bagel with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
