Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift together the flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
- In a larger bowl, combine the sifted mixture with Greek yogurt, salt, and sugar. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
- Divide the dough into four equal portions and shape each into a bagel.
- Brush each bagel with beaten egg and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
