- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine your berries. Cook them down until they start to break and bubble, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chia seeds and maple syrup until well combined.
- Allow the mixture to sit for about 10-15 minutes for the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the jam.
- Stir well again and transfer the jam into a clean jar.
- Store it in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator. Can be frozen for longer storage. Use within one week.
