  1. Start by adding the cottage cheese to your blender.
  2. Next, layer in the protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, salt, milk, and finally, the vanilla extract.
  3. Blend on high speed for 60-90 seconds or until smooth, with a velvety consistency.
  4. Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug or bowl, leaving space at the top.
  5. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes, checking at the 1-minute mark.
  6. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes before enjoying.
