Preparation
- Start by bringing a pot of water to a boil. Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cooking
- Add the butter to the hot griddle center. Let it melt, then add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the brown sugar, then the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix until glossy.
- Add the cooked noodles and stir to coat in the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, pressing flat against the griddle.
- Increase heat to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Push noodles to one side and scramble the egg on the other until mostly cooked, then fold into the noodles.
- Transfer noodles to a serving bowl, sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning, toss gently, and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or griddle with butter. Customize with veggies or proteins, and adjust spice levels to taste.
