Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, thyme or parsley, kosher salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly coat each pork chop with olive oil.
- Generously sprinkle your spice mixture over each chop, ensuring you coat both sides evenly.
- Place the chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each piece.
Cooking
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, aiming for an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- After 12 minutes, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature and continue cooking in 2-minute increments if necessary.
- Allow the chops to rest for 5 minutes after cooking to retain the juices.
Notes
Leftover pork chops can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container.
