Ingredients
  

For the base
  • 12 pieces Graham crackers Use high-quality or homemade graham crackers.
For the creamy layer
  • 2 cups Heavy whipping cream Preferably homemade for rich flavor.
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk Recommended brand: Eagle Brand.
For the topping
  • 2-3 pieces Ripe mangoes Choose Philippine Carabao or Filipino Ataulfo for best flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a rectangular dish (9x13 inches), layer the graham crackers at the bottom, covering the base.
  2. In a mixing bowl, fold together the heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy, aiming for a thick consistency.
Layering
  1. Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
  2. Slice the mangoes and layer the slices evenly over the whipped cream.
  3. Continue layering until all graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango slices are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
Chilling
  1. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let flavors meld.
Serving
  1. Slice into squares. Optionally, garnish with additional mango slices or a drizzle of condensed milk before serving.

Notes

This dessert can be prepared a day or two in advance. It is also freezer-friendly; store it in Ziploc bags for up to 1 month.
