Preparation
- In a rectangular dish (9x13 inches), layer the graham crackers at the bottom, covering the base.
- In a mixing bowl, fold together the heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy, aiming for a thick consistency.
Layering
- Spread a generous layer of the whipped cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Slice the mangoes and layer the slices evenly over the whipped cream.
- Continue layering until all graham crackers, cream mixture, and mango slices are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
Chilling
- Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to let flavors meld.
Serving
- Slice into squares. Optionally, garnish with additional mango slices or a drizzle of condensed milk before serving.
Notes
This dessert can be prepared a day or two in advance. It is also freezer-friendly; store it in Ziploc bags for up to 1 month.
