  • 1.5 tbsp sugar Adjust to taste or substitute with honey or agave syrup.
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla essence Pure vanilla extract is preferable for better flavor.
  • 0.125 tsp almond extract Optional, adds depth to the drink.
  • 1.5 cups ice Crushed ice works best.

Preparation
  1. Pour the milk into your blender, allowing it to cascade smoothly as the base.
  2. Add matcha powder, sugar, vanilla essence, and almond extract into the blender.
  3. Add the ice on top of the liquid.
  4. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until you achieve a creamy consistency.
  5. Taste your creation and adjust sweetness or matcha flavor if needed.
  6. Pour into tall glasses and enjoy immediately with a straw.

Notes

For best results, use chilled milk for creamier results. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
