- Add the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, cheddar, blue cheese, and chives to the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Cooking
- Microwave the mixture at 80 percent power for 1 minute, stir, then microwave for another minute.
- Top the dip with the remaining cheddar and blue cheese, then microwave at high power for 2-3 minutes until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with minced chives and serve hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. This dip can be frozen for up to 2 months, though the texture may slightly change upon reheating.
