- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over, letting them hang out for about 15-20 minutes.
Cooking
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay the marinated salmon on a lined baking sheet (skin-side down) and bake for about 12-15 minutes.
- Check that the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Finishing Touch
- Consider finishing off under the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes for a crispy, caramelized top.
