Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and salt. Stir well.
- Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll each into a tight ball.
- Roll each ball in the everything bagel seasoning to coat evenly.
- Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart. Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown and firm.
- Let the bagel bites cool on the baking sheet for 30 minutes before serving.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge. Can freeze for up to 3 months.
