  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Look for a no-fat or low-fat version for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt Additional yogurt needed.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt A pinch of quality sea salt enhances flavor.
Seasoning
  • 1/3 cup everything bagel seasoning Can also make your own mix with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour and salt. Stir well.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll each into a tight ball.
  5. Roll each ball in the everything bagel seasoning to coat evenly.
  6. Place the coated balls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 1 inch apart. Bake for 20-24 minutes until golden brown and firm.
  7. Let the bagel bites cool on the baking sheet for 30 minutes before serving.
