Preparation
- Thinly slice the garlic cloves, grate the parmesan, and chop the parsley.
Cooking
- In a large pot or skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- In the same pot, add enough water to cover the spaghetti. Add salt and bring to a rolling boil.
- Once boiling, add the spaghetti. Cook for 9-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until al dente.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in the parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and pepper until the cheese melts and forms a creamy sauce.
- Remove from heat and mix in chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Don't overcook pasta for a perfect al dente texture. Reserve pasta water for sauce consistency adjustments.
