  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried blueberries (crushed into a fine powder) Look for high-quality brands for maximum flavor.
For coating the bites
  • 2 cups blueberries (preferably Driscoll’s) Try to select the freshest, ripest berries for the best taste.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of yogurt, 2 tbsp vanilla, 2 1/2 tsp lemon zest, 1/8 tsp cardamom, and 1/8 tsp salt. Whisk together until smooth.
  2. Stir in 1 tbsp honey to add sweetness, adjusting to taste.
  3. Crush the 1/2 cup freeze-dried blueberries into a fine powder and fold it into the yogurt mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Coat 2 cups of fresh blueberries in the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are fully covered.
  6. Place the yogurt-coated blueberries on the baking sheet, leaving some space between them.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Serving
  1. Let the bites sit out for about 5 minutes before serving to soften slightly for easy enjoyment.

Notes

Store these bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. Experiment with different fruits and extracts for variations.
