- Mince the garlic cloves finely.

- Add minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix thoroughly.
- Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts, then add red pepper flakes. Mix gently.
Baking
- Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
Notes
