Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 10 oz Cream Cheese Make sure it’s softened to room temperature for easy blending.
  • 1 cup Sour Cream Opt for full-fat for creaminess or low-fat for a lighter dip.
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise Adds richness and a smooth texture.
  • 4 cloves Garlic Fresh minced garlic elevates the flavor.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded for the best melting quality.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated for that nutty flavor.
  • 10 oz Spinach Fresh is best, but frozen works too; just ensure it’s drained well.
  • 10 oz Artichoke Hearts Canned or jarred will do—drain and chop them for easy incorporation.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes For a hint of heat; you can adjust based on your spice preference.

Method

Preparation
  1. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
  2. Shred the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Drain spinach well.
  4. Chop artichoke hearts.
  5. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  6. Add minced garlic, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese; mix thoroughly.
  7. Fold in spinach and artichoke hearts, then add red pepper flakes. Mix gently.
Baking
  1. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread evenly, and top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  2. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  3. Let rest for 2-3 minutes, then serve with chips, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for best results. You can customize the dip with ingredients like sun-dried tomatoes or different cheeses.
